The Third Wave; Psychedelics & Psychotherapy

There’s been a lot of talk revolved around how microdosing can help make connections in the brain that have been lost over time. But what does this exactly mean and entail? How can one get back to their creative side or even lose debilitating anxiety? How can one release PTSD or even work towards healing their depression?

We all have questions on how to safely navigate these holistic substances. Whether it’s finding the right counselor, a group facilitator, doing things on your own or asking questions for a loved one. This group is for any one looking to broaden their scope around this powerful movement circulating throughout the world!

Alexa Iya soro is a holistic mental health counselor, life coach and ritual facilitator that has done extensive study and education in this department!  Her training and education considers both the third wave of psychedelics in the western world as well as consideration from her indigenous Mayan teachers.

She designed a workshop where we will dive into the ins and outs on neurobiology, harm reduction, proper dosage and more!

This will be a place to ask questions and gain answers while also having more tools and resources up your sleeve!

Due to limited seating, please reserve your spot! We are now also offering it Via Zoom for those out of state! There will be a question at the bottom of the form asking in which context you will be joining us!
Once you click on “Save my Seat” scroll down the bookings page until you see “The Third Wave.”
